This application form is in 4 parts, and we ask that you complete all relevant questions in full.

Part 1 - Panel Preference - choose which panel(s) you wish to apply for.

Part 2 - Personal contact details and any convictions - please complete all information to enable us to contact you.  

Part 3 - Skills and Experience - please complete each part with no more than 250 words.

Part 4 - Demographic information - please provide as much information as you can to help us monitor the diversity of applicants. 

We aim to conduct interviews between 10th and 20th December 2025 with final appointment by 6th January.
